That is the cryptic title of the work presented at the Melungeons.com website by Donald N. Panther-Yates. His work exhibits scholarly thought relating to the origin of those people in lower Applachia. Although he decries the scholarly description of his work, it appears to me, as one completely uneducated in the origins of the Melungeons, to be quite well thought out and presented.
