JOAN LUEDER COFFEY died August 13, 2003, passing peacefully from life into eternal life, ending a difficult journey endured with patience and grace that lasted more than eight years following her diagnosis with Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia. Born in Chicago, Illinois January 14, 1944, Joan was a lifelong educator and student.
